Plate iFlex 1 is innovative solution and substitute for classic plates. iFlex is made from membrane coated with 1mm layer of butyl ( products from market competition have 0,5mm) and is perfect solution for modern building industry.
Basic differences in comparison to traditional plate:
Water resistance to 40 metre of water.
Plate is much more flexible and works with the building and micro scratches will not form.
Resistance of fireproofing is equal to PCV tapes, matting and membranes.
Two belts dividing coating of butyl.
Will not rust
iFLEX 2
Plate iFlex 1 is innovative solution and substitute for classic plates. iFlex is made from membrane coated on both sides with 1mm layer of butyl ( products from market competition have 0,5mm) and is perfect solution for modern building industry.
Basic differences in comparison to traditional plate:
ITB researches for immense water resistance.
Plate is much more flexible and works with the building and micro scratches will not form.
Resistance of fireproofing is equal to PCV tapes, matting and membranes.
Two belts dividing coating of butyl.
Will not rust.
Butyl sheet metal with a foot
The sheet metal is used to seal construction joints in formwork foundations, walls and ceilings directly on the construction site, or it is installed in prefabricated layered walls (stay-in-place formwork) in order to force scratches caused by concrete shrinkage. The range of clamping clips and mounting brackets (angle irons) makes installation faster and easier.
Sheet metal
The purpose of sealing the construction joints with a straight section of butyl sheet metal is to force scratches that take over the stresses resulting from concrete shrinkage at the joint or in the quoin of prefabricated walls. No additional sealing measures are required (white bathtub).
Cross sheet metal
Cross sheet metal forcing scratches significantly shortens the installation time. Sealing of construction joints with a cross sheet metal in the area in connection with a butyl sheet metal in rolls, designed to seal the foundation or ceiling slab, forms a systemically guaranteed water barrier.
Low cross sheet metal
Cross sheet metal forcing scratches significantly shortens the installation time. Sealing of construction joints with a cross sheet metal in the area in connection with a butyl sheet metal in rolls, designed to seal the foundation or ceiling slab, forms a systemically guaranteed water barrier.
Stirrup
Stirrups are elements that connect the main reinforcement bars with elements such as: Sealing tapes/sheet metals. They are used in the construction of foundations, lintels, stairs and ceilings, i.e. practically at every stage of raising the structure of the facility.
